Not too bad for feature parity considering BO3 has proper SDK and mod support on PC. The main difference was that console versions had up to 4 players and PC had 2 players. BO3 supported split screen in campaign, zombies, multiplayer and even online. You can also do local matches with 4 player splitscreen.
